Firstly, sorry for th lack of updates again after a period of enthusiasm in blogging! Yes I'm disappointed w myself also:( But it's like I rlly have nothing to blog about and i don't want to update posts which have no gd content. Soooooooo, these are 10 random qns to answer abt myself given by Melissa (nope i no formspring cos i no famous blogger) to make sure I blog! Here it goes~

1) What type of life do you want to live in the future?
First, I want to get married w at least 2 kids (hopefully th elder one a boy n younger one a girl!). My husband must have a stable & high income so I can stay home to be a rich tai tai. HAHA noooo! Kiddin', i want to be independent at th same time so tt i'm not relying fully on him. Like if one day we divorce (choy) tn I can easily get th custody of my children and still live a good life and maybe find my kids a father much better than him if fate allows. Sobz:'( LOL:X
Yeaaaaaah erm. Nothing much la, I really just hope for a happy family and a cosy home to live in w my family:) Most imptly I hope my husband don't come back from work like very late every night and our family wld spend quality time tgt almost everyday haha:)
I also want to still be in contact w all my good/close/best friends! Really I hope when we all have our own families in th future we still have time to meet up for at least dinner/lunch/afternoon tea (no breakfast pls cos i still slpin' no la i working lol) regularly! Hey friends are very impt in everyone's life ok;)

2) How can guys attract you?
Norm is: tanned, not a pretty-boy (both reeeeeeally true from past exps haha), if he knws how to play bball is ^^, filial, values friendships, gentlemanly, don't speak a lot of vulgarities (cb is a major turn off pls ah), humorous, looks into your eyes th whole time when he talks to you (!!! this one add a lot of points hehehe). And yknow how girls usually fall for guys who teases them/'bully' tm? I DON'T LIKE THATTT hahaha. I always think tt's childish and kinda shows tt tt guy's abitofaflirt cos if he does tt to you chances are he does tt to other girls too:/ Ok I mean I also like guys who are cute and childish AT TIMES (not in that way) but yet can be quite mature in his thinking:) As for looks just decent-looking, nice built, 順眼 and 耐看 would be a plus point! Guys who can be good friends w me first before anyth related to bgr. I mean if both of you can't even be good friends in th first place then a bgr won't last. Preferably a christian like me!^^
Hohoho just my opinions. DON'T JUDGE ME!!!!:(

3) What did you use to wear that you thought was cool but now you realize it isn't?
POLO TEEEEEEEES. I mean ME ONLY. Polo tees can look quite good on certain ppl but NOT ME. Lol idky thr was a period of time during sec sch tt i kept buying polo tees of all different colors-.- I dk since when I just stopped wearing them for good but all I know is I don't look good in them cause photos tell me and I agree hahaha.

4) Do you wear contacts or glasses?
Glasses! 8( I've been wearing glasses since like pri 4/5! Now my degree kind of stabilized alrd but it's quite a huge difference for both eyes:(((
Thr's one impt thing i wanna share which isssssss, when your degree is still low like ard 50 for both eyes, DON'T GO GET UR SPECS FIRST!! Bear w it, be patient~ Because it really MIGHT be possible for you to get back ur perfect eyesight for th rest of ur life k. Ok not 100% guarantee, but at least give ur eyes a second chance to go w/o specs for some time~ Try not to strain ur eyes too much tho'! My mum and sis are real life examples! AND THE THING IS. They didn't tell me to try it during my time!!!! :@
(See i'm being damn kind to share this w anyone's tt's gonna see this even tho' i myself didn't benefit from it! Specs/contacts are both expensive stuff ok so i'm helping u save $$$$! So pls transfer a minimum amt of 50$ to my account if it works on you HAHA)
Ok.....another thing! I recently just self-learnt how to wear contact lens and I finally succeeded aft th previous time which I spent i-forgot-how-long-just-very-long in lsct's toilet trying to put tm into my eyes w Melissa as my instructor haha. It was just mission impossible for me tt time seriously I felt so lousy. Not that she didn't teach me well but it's just my problem la. Dk scared of infection or wht-__- But because I alrd got so much free contact lenses from my aunt and I rlly don't wanna waste them, I tried putting tm on again on cny eve and not bad!!! I think I successfully wear for both eyes within an hour:)))))) And on cny day 1 I only spent awhile to do it yay!!:D You go, serene!!! HAHAHA

5) If you could change your name to anything what would it be and why?
Actually i'm really ok w 'Serene' just tt sometimes I find it quite common and if my mum gave me a more unique name tn maybe I'll like it better lah. BUT. SERENE TAN is th problem. It's like COMMON X COMMON giving u COMMON^2 yknw. Whattttt.
Ok now I realised if this is th case nth is th problem because I said I'm ok w 'Serene' and I obviously can't change my surname rightttt. Ok I know, I think I don't like 'Tan' cause it's like one of th most common surnames!!! (Wa i rlly off topic:///////)
And all along I don't rlly like my chinese name. I'm not sure why, I just feel when u pronounce it it sounds............eww:/ Haha last time I wished my chinese name had a 希 or 宇(or any word pronounced th same way lah) but now not anymore. I guess we should just appreciate the names our parents gave us!:)

6) How is your dream room like?

7) What do you like guys to be dress in most?
Quite depend on his built! If he has a nice built (but not too muscular ah) then a tight fitting tshirt wld look good alrd^^ And I esp like tanned guys in PLAIN WHITE (fitting) TEE:) Like this:

Ok actually I don't really like how he matches both leopard print design for both top and pants! Cause I think it's abit too much if you're turning urself into a real leopard lololol. K I'm sorry my main point is actually not about th prints at all but to me guys look quite good in ths kinda tops! And and, don't forget to pull up ur sleeves like him cause I think it makes a guy look manlier^^

I like guys in vest!!! Hehehehe especially when he has th kind of built to unbutton a few buttons of th shirt inside^^ (Notice th sleeves again!) I think guys shld just wear this to events like proms/wedding dinners and they will shine brighter than those in blazer w a tie. Hahaha but that's only my opinion lah of course:)

And of course, guys look extra cool to me whn they're in bball jersey:D

8) What do you like most about yourself? (Appearance, character)
I realised I don't really have something to say for this:X But I don't don't like myself too. As in I just accept myself for who I am but of course when I look at beautiful girls (beautiful means both inner and outer beauty and not just a pretty face for show) I sometimes get quite envious that they are born w such nice features and everything. But but, at times I think it's good to be average/just above average in looks too! Because...... erm. Let's say you're really pretty and you're a famous blogger or sth, as in people really visit your blog for th sake of ur pictures and wld even recognize you outside. Then you'll have to face comments like 'oh so actually you don't look as good as in photos' (of course thr are both -ve and +ve comments if you're someone famous) or 'I think you don't look as good as before' or 'I think your previous hairstyle/hair color suits you better'.. Like every lil change in ur looks will be magnified. Then you'll feel th stress when you're not improving/when you try out sth new.
IN CONTRAST! (lol) If you're just an average/below average you can kinda have th 'freedom' to constantly try out new stuff to improve yourself! I mean like not much people would care about wht you do to urself~ Or even better! When you made a good change to urself, THEN ppl starts noticing you and realise tt you actually can be pretty too~ Isn't that a much better feeling than to always stay at th top and th only way you can go is.. DOWN. HAHAHAH
Ok after saying so much about appearances, let me talk about 2 characteristics of mine (sorry if u don't agree lah but i do at least) that I like:) Firstly, most of my close friends tell me that I'm a really good listener/they like to talk to me/talking to me feels comfortable yaya somewhr along tt line. And I really like this compliment^^ Secondly they also say I'm trustworthyyyyyyy:)))))) Hahahaha ya and I quite agree lol! Cause I really can keep secrets for quite long (ok i can't say forever cause forever isn't possible yet) and even if you're not my friend anymore (as in we quarrelled/just not so close anymore) I won't spread ur secret to anyone too. (Actually provided if th reason why we are not friends anymore is not because u betrayed me or sth which makes me kind of hate u yeaaaah hahaha)

9) What is one thing you do when you're young that is different?
Sorry if this qn is phrased abit weird because th answer kinda came before th qn lol if you get wht i mean. This is actually abit lame la. Just to share sth about me w you guys.
That is I really had quite a few health problems (not th serious kind tho') when I'm young la. Like, asthma, skin allergies, curved spine, I even see th doctor at NUH regularly in pri sch just because of my height-.- As in short stature. And th main point is. WHY I STILL SO SHORT NOW:(((((((((((
I think this is about it. I currently can't think of more but I just remember myself as being very problematic haha. But th thing is! I always cry and do whatever like 一哭二鬧三上吊 kind when ever I need to go for my appointment again. But the good thing is, I GET A SOFT TOY FROM MY PARENTS WHENEVER I DO THAT! HAHAHAHAHA but tt time I really never purposely cry for th sake of th new soft toy hor. I cried because I really got phobia of doctors (who knows i may even become one in th future^^)! Anyway I got quite a lot of expensive toys from my parents just to persuade me to go to th doctors. That include my talking Lala (if u ever read my blog post about it), a big winnie the pooh, some random bears like forever friends bear, this bear:

I don't rlly know what issit called! Piglet, tigger soft toys also! And some other nameless ones la haha:) Ya thinking about it really quite worth all th tears now that my room is filled w all these plushies and I like that^^

10) Who are your favourite male and female mediacorp artistes?
Female definitely Ruien! She has been th only one i particularly like since quite long ago~ I think she's veli cool and to me she's uniquely beautiful if u undst me:) Male will be Elvin Ng also since quite long alrd. I think i start liking him from tt show whereby Chen Han Wei got aids lol i forgot th name lah. But but! Thr was a period of time i quite like Julian Hee from a show which i also forgot wht but now not anymore:)

Created an fb event again inviting her for a belated 18th celebration just like last year:) Haha ok now this idea is no longer special because it has kinda become a tradition alrd. But ya i still think th best gift for her is to pay (a certain amt of course hahaha) for something which she likes when we go shopping! So th main activity was still shopping but i really ran out of creative ideas this time for th shopping specials:( Last year was this:

26/11 SUNDOWN FESTIVAL!

I got a strong urge to write this whole post in chinese but........ i think shall not hahaha. This is a v delayed post on Sundown Fest'11! Cause i haven't had th time to upload so many photos hohoho. And th reason why i went was obviously because my husband was one of the performers!:D:D:D:D

But actually th experience of waiting for th start of th event wasn't pleasant at all~ Th weather was damn damn bad ok. As in mood swiiiiiiiiing lol. Th rain was on and off and it doesn't help when there was no shelter at all:( And yeah, we had to pathetically stand in th heavy rain w our umbrellas which most weren't rlly strong enough for th rain zomg:( AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE. TH ORGANIZING OF TH EVENT WAS KINDA SCREWED UP ITSELF. See from th ticket above tt th event shld start at 5.30pm, but NO. DOORS OPEN @ 5.30pm and th event only started at 8pm??!?! And gosh, it's free standing!!!! D: My legs were almost breaking because i started queueing at 1plus pm. Pity those who queued overnight? = = If not for LZX.......

Caught this movie on 15th (tue)! Have been looking forward for ths movie to show in sg ever since it started showing in tw! Wanted to watch it on th 10th which was th first day it was shown in sg (ths is my way of supporting a movie which i rlly like hahah) initially but didn't have th chance to somehow:( Ok but anyway! I would say th movie is really good but actually not as good as i expected:/

Ok yes th lead actor 柯震東 is handsome, cute, good looking i agree! I think 陳妍希 is pretty too:) And i like th chemistry between tm~^^ Buuuuuuuut.

1st, i think th movie got too much X-rated stuff........ No wonder it's M18 in Msia-.- As in, once or twice just for laugh is ok, but i don't like how they show th same thing over and over. I think it's not funny anymore but th whole cinema just kept laughing over th same 'joke'. Wae oh waeeeeee.

2nd, quite a lot says tt th movie is awesome w a totally unexpected ending. Really???? Hmmmm. I dk how but just by th name '那些年, 我們一起追的女孩' i can alrd expect tt none of th 我們 (which is a group of 5 close guy friends) who fell for th same girl, like probably during their school days, wld end up w th girl ite. I mean like try repeating th title to urself for a few times~ 那些年我們一起追的女孩..... 那些年我們一起追的女孩.... 那些年我們一起追的女孩. Yes? No????? Hahaha ya wev okay at least to me it's kinda obvious alrd so th ending wasn't much of a surprise. But i thought having th guys witness th girl walking down th aisle and become someone else's wife was gd. As in not so typical? Reminded me of Selina's wedding somehow haha:')

BUT OKAY I THINK U'RE GONNA SLAP ME CAUSE AFT SO MUCH RUBBISH I THINK I WOULD STILL SAY THAT THIS IS QUITE AN AWESOME MOVIE!:D :X LOL

Cause i like how it's a light-hearted movie! Like th plot wasn't complicated and all, just simple and sweet sweet love, make me go smiling to myself likea fool at all th sweet scenes hehehe:)

26/10 is th day i first drafted it! Haha need to make this clear so tt my last para in tt post makes sense:) Reason why i don't want to edit tt post itself is because blogger is kinda screwed up in a way tt when u just wanna edit ur post a little ur whole post ends up all messy in terms of alignment, spacing and all tt so forget it~! Here's my Genting post as promised! Actually i typed a draft in th everything-also-say format (yknw th sec sch way! we reached thr at blabla a.m., then we checked in and then we slept for blabla hrs then then then..... lol) but i alrd can't stand myself aft th first 2nd para so i dlted everything haha. And ths is only gg to be kind of a picture post + i'll elaborate aft certain photos if i feel like it:)

Damn expensive!!!! (N) Sry too hungry so i only rmb to take photo aft i started eating:/ Not bad tho'!!
Worst+expensive chicken rice! In th first place th rice is white rice not even chicken rice! As in literally chicken+rice lah-.-
Guess which we had! Lol ok we didn't just keep eating~ It's because our first day is for shopping 2nd for theme park! Shopping don't have to take much photos right so left w all th food photos hahahaahaha^^
Omg their KFC is so much better than ours?!?! Their chicken itself got so many diff flavours, their chilli got 2 kinds lol and th thai one is freakin' nice, ours is fries theirs is wedges, our cheese fries cheese is idkwht cheese but tastes normal theirs is nacho cheeeeeese! Lol c'mon Sg's kfc do sth!!!!:(
Pool at night! And and and i still can't play pool well roarrrrr:( My sis say actually how well u play doesn't matter just make sure ur pose is nice-.- Okaaaay but th thing is i don't think i can even fake a nice pro pose wth. Ok some things rlly is cannot force one hahaha:x

Karaoke time!:D But srsly their service sucks, their sofa sucks, their mikes suck-____-
Their Starbucks place is damn relaxing (Y)

Didn't play this because. THE LAST (2ND) TIME I WENT ON THIS I TOTALLY REGRETTED THRU'OUT TH WHOLE PROCESS PLZ. I really can't tahan th heart-want-to-drop-out feeling omg. So i sweared i'll never try it again no matter whaaaat and i'm so damn serious abt it!!! lol i rmb th first time (shld be) i tried this shld be when 3e3 (or 4e3 ah?!??! shitz:/) went Escape Theme Park and i daringly sat at th tip (?lol) of th boat (not alone lah i forget w who) meaning most scary n ur heart reaaaaaallyyy is want to drop out lah!!! But i dk why tt experience didn't rlly freak me out and tt's why i went to try it th 2nd time during my Taiwan trip. And tt's probably th last time too hahaha:/

Anyway it's th 2nd time i'm watching a movie by Eddie Peng! 1st was 聽說 (english name i forgot haha. Hear Me???Hmmm) and i watched tt w Evan!!!:D Evan must go watch this if it shows in sg ok!!!:) MY FAVE IN THE WHOLE THEME PARK, INDOOR/OUTDOOR, BUMPER CARRRRRRRRRR :DDDDD Omg had so much fun w this and our tickets were totally made worth it w like idk how many rounds of this!!! Hahaha totally enjoying myself when playing ths~ It's like a sense of satisfaction u achieve when u manage to siam from ppl when they wanna bump u. At th same time it's fun to bump into other cars also, i mean like that's th whole purpose of BUMPER car right haha^^

HIIIIIIIIIIII:D I was looking thru' my Genting photos just now cause my mum wants me to choose and go print tm and arrange into an album~ Like always la every time after we travel i've to go thru' th pain of doing this lolol. Why me, cause it's my camera, i'm th one taking almost all th photos, i took photojournalism last sem!!!! Hahaha kiddin', last reason is rubbish. Andddd it's sooooooo difficult to choose photos omg. Omg i just realised how time flies + how lazy i am. My last update was on 19 Jan?!??!! Lol anyway! I'm back:D Maybe because it's a rule/promise to update on my belated bday celebration w Melissa on 13/10 tt's why but i'm taking this as a chance for me to go back to blogging like. Erm. Ok no promises first HAHAHA. Okay so here it goes!

Actually she almost copied my whole creative idea used on her birthday last year leh wth right. You can compare their 90% similarity by reading my archives asdbgaahmpffffwdjsnd>:( Hahaha JUST KIDDIN' LAH WHO TELL MY IDEA TOO GOOD PUT DOWN THERE -COPYRIGHTED- LIAO PPL STILL CANNOT RESIST TO USE IT!!!! So she created this mini fb event inviting me for an outing to Orchard. And i had to choose between 2 vouchers for my gift (ok this is a gd modification) which i had no clue at all!!! So i asked her for hints and her hints were telling me almost in th face: VOUCHER A IS A SHOPPING VOUCHER, VOUCHER B IS A MOVIE VOUCHER! LOL OKAAAY so i chose A cause thr's rlly no movie i'm interested in lately! Haha and anyway i'm so sorry because this event was postponed and postponed all because of me. SICK, GENTING, VOICELESS-.- So ya ite it happened on 13th!:)

After lunch we shopped at FEP but spent nothing!!!:O Lol tn we decided to shop at Bugis Street~ And yeah both of us got quite a couple of things and most imptly i used my 10$ shopping voucher!! As her birthday falls on th day we had our last CT (16/12), I got no time to prepare anything in advance (sorry!) and therefore a belated birthday celebration for her ytd (21/12)!:D

I created a private fb event on her birthday and heng she attended cause she was th only one invited lolol:X Okkkk actually acted like a dumb as if it's a major event w many many guests invited hahaha not funny. Yup but main pt is be it small or major event i was still th host so pls have some respect tyvm. Hahah no la jk, main point is it was successful!:D Successful as in we did everyth/everyth did happen as planned! Weeee here it goes!^^

I've been telling her tt i have vouchers for our lunch on tt day and she kept askin me which restaurant can my voucher be used so we can plan whr to have lunch and etc which is super irritating cause

Last post on 06/10, today's th 9th. Wow i'm participating in th 3-day-1-post campaign unknowingly! HAHAHA! Ok erm, i got nothing on mind to say actually, just posting while waiting for my videos to load. But at least i felt like blogging:))))

ERM, OH. ERR. OHHH! -.- Ytd i damn excitedly mentioned on twitter tt i finally knew why th heck we're learning math stuff like how to calculate circumference of a circle n blah! Cause for some reasons which you don't have to know i needed th circumference of my ring but i didn't know how th hell i was going to do it! I thought of using a strip of paper to measure but i was freakin lazy to get tt pathetic piece of paper (still need cut somemore haha:/) so i even used a strand of hair (ya my own) to try n surround tt ring lol! I tell ya i was so soooooooo pissed lor! And i tried doing tt for nearly 10 minutes yknw! But of course is nv succeed at all la but suddenly my head was like OMG USE YOUR DAMN PI-D LA!!!!!!!!! Ya tt seemingly useless ttm CIRCUMFERENCE OF CIRCLE = DIAMETER X YOUR 3.142......!!!!! Aiyo i was like wth!! OK YA DONE W TH SHARING OF MY DISCOVERY!!:D
Conclusion: Mathematics is so freakin impt go learn it well!!

I'm so glad i went, tho i didn't get to shake his hand cos' it's only for those who have th concert tic. Cause i had fever on wed night, n i wasn't really in th right condition to go for such event cos' confirm thr will be lotsa squeeeeeeezing! And actually i cld go thr immediately aft my lessons end but i started to have fever again, sian max lorz. So had to rush home last min just to take panadol n cab thr again-_- And i was soso sad cos' i only managed to reach thr at ard 8 when th thing starts at 7.30pm. Butbutbutbut, i don't know how i managed, but i was at first floor, kinda near to th stage:DDDDDDDDDD Plus, i was damn lucky cos' th ppl infront of me were leaving one by one, no stamina one, lolz. Hi very sorry, didn't really keep up w th good work hahaha. Anw sch's starting really soon, n think poly life's gonna be damn busy. Hihihihihi, i didn't touch blogger for dk how long. Ey actually i know, from 3rd feb cos' tt was my last post hehehehe. At first was because of work, aft tt cny, n aft tt testing how long i can tahan not using th comp wahahaha. More than 2 weeks ok mai siaosiao!^-^V Kk i shld update randomly..

Er, work. Hahaha my first job how can i not mention. But i haven't gotten my pay yet! But it's only like think ard 580 or gg 600 bucks. But wev, i only worked for 15 days heh! Think it's coming in latest tmr? :D!! kkkkk, sooooo, i worked at Chinatown's People's Park Complex. Yah chinatownnnn, what a place rightttttt:O It's a temp Bengawan Solo booth for th cny period only so tt explains th freakin 15 days not tt i'm so lousy i quitted or they fired me ok heeheeeeeee:) Oh yes Yuxian was working near my place ley! Not easy to meet someone you know thr k (ppl like EVAN say want visit me also dk visit til where, HOR?). Hahaha at least i know i'm not th only one working at tt kind of place yknow, but i get damn jealous when he walks past saying he's having his one hour break:/
Hmmm, th job itself is ok. I like it when i meet vvv nice customers, i like it when customers say i've got good service when they dk i actually serve according to my mood (hahaha:x), i like it when i know i'm earning 7.50$$ every hr, i like it when thr are just so many funny things happening which make me laugh n laugh n make time pass faster, i like it when Connie is also working w me :):) I hate it when my supervisor goes ard telling ppl how blur i am, i hate it when she didn't give me proper instructions n tn scold me for being blur(again-_-), i hate it when she calls me up last minute n expect me to start work earlier as if i stay in chinatown, i hate it when i keep breaking my nails to carry those heavy boxes :(:( K, wev, it's over hahaha.

Ok recently went for poly open houses. I got no idea where my results are gonna bring me, so just went to take a look at poly courses. And partly for goodie bags n stuff also heheheheh:)

Went to Singapore Poly w Boxi on thur:) Idk, but to me tt open hse was quite a failure. We didn't know where to go, n we saw many others floating ard just like us, but those from th sch didn't help. Ngeeann poly we went today was much better. Th ppl there were extremely helpful such as bringing us from a building all th way to th other so nice so nice yknow:):) But we didn't really check out many courses. Cos' we went to look at some prizegiving stuff which some celebs are attending. But yah, Derrick n Darren didn't appear la ok. We saw Jamie Yeo, Utt, Muttons, Ivy, magic babe Ning, n Riz Low. Hahaha, reminds me of tt stupid 'I'm studying, STEEL', wth hahahah! Hmm, i've got photos but lazy to post heh.

Out w Evan ytd:) What, i didn't see her for like a month plus, tks to sushis. Ok lol. We went back to sch first. Oh my goodness, seeing those teachers who taught us just made me stress all over again:( Initial plan was to NP openhouse aft tt. Yah lah, see my idol Wanteng, her cousin (omgs, i've got her name in my blog yay boomz! Haaaaaaaaa-.-). Want her to show us ard th campus also. But somehow in th end couldn't, awwz. So we decided to watch Hear Me:) We went all th way to Cineleisure for it. But it was nice, and trust me i didn't fall in love w tt Eddie Peng:D Tho' he looks damn cute in th movie. Anw, th cinema was quite empty n we had th whole row to ourselves, i like hehehehe^^

Yesterday was a good day out w Shiyun, Lovynn n Evangeline.:) Initial plan was Clarke Quay, but th weather was bad so went JP instead. Went Bento Box first t eat n drink n take photos, hahaha. Cos' 4 of us don't really have much grp photos so yah. Shopped ard JP afterwards.
